
A beauty industry expert, Léa Khemis is a marketer and creative.
For the past 13 years, she has worked in Global Brand and Product Marketing roles at world-class beauty brands such as Charlotte Tilbury, Burberry, Rimmel, Omorovicza, Bourjois, Max Factor, Covergirl. Currently based in London, she has also worked in Paris and New York.
Starting as a pure marketer, she has consistently shaped her roles to expand their creative scope.
Today, she is Global Head of Product Marketing at Charlotte Tilbury, overseeing the makeup axis strategy, storytelling and messaging.
Through her previous experiences, she has learnt from scientists in the labs and third party manufacturers to be able to provide New Product Development expertise to her marketing peers. Passionate about trends and innovation, she has put herself forward to lead prospective innovation pipelines both at Bourjois and Burberry.
Her motivation is the creation process: finding inspiration, witnessing a product idea blossom, convincing a team to get on board, and keep nurturing it until all elements of the mix come together as one (the message, the texture, the smell, the colours, the shape, the feel, the image, the experience).
